From the Age:
HE IS a teenage boy, a student at a Hobart secondary college and one of the victims of Sarah Jane Vercoe, secondary teacher and sexual predator. By some perceptions he has lived a great adolescent male sexual fantasy: seduced by an attractive, sexually experienced older woman. But by his mother’s account, as given to Tasmanian ABC television, he has been hurt, perhaps irreparably.
“It’s had a huge impact. He’s moody, very moody. He stays most of the time in his bedroom, comes out for his meals, goes back in and watches TV in his room.”
Maybe he’s moody because the affair is over?
Anyway, it’s a long article, and worth reading, even if I’m not sure I agree with many of its points.
