Things aren’t going well for Ms. Klatt:
A former Concord school teacher accused of having sex with a student was indicted by a grand jury Tuesday.
Janet Klatt, 44, who taught at the private Cannon School, faces charges of sexual offense against a child after police say she had sex with a 16-year-old student in a hotel room while on a school-sponsored overnight field trip in Raleigh.
Just weeks ago, police say she committed the same crime with the same student in the parking lot of a Concord restaurant.
Klatt pleaded not guilty.
