April Burford Watson, 33 & Ashley Elenea Burett, 31 both of Florida have entered pleas of no contest to unlawful sexual activity with minors. Both of the teachers were originally arrested on August 6. for having sex with male students during late 2007.

Watson was a math teacher, while Burkett was a reading teacher and worked with special ed students. Apparently Burkett was supposed to be the 2009 volleyball head coach for the school while Watson a sponsor for the cheerleading team.

The sentencing is scheduled for April 14th. According to law, the teachers can receive at least a 33 month sentence. So we’ll have t wait and see what their sentence will be.
