When I started this site, I worried that I’d eventually run out of material. I’ve since realized that there’s no real danger of that happening any time soon. I’d like to thank people like Elizabeth Ann Miller for that.

Miller is a high school teacher (math) at Highland High School in Bakersfield, California, and she’s accused of performing sexual acts on a 15 year old. Her attorney would like for people to hold off on jumping to conclusions:

Miller’s attorney, Gael Mueller, is urging the community not to jump to early conclusions about the case. “Just don’t prejudge,�? she said.

“Let’s wait and see what the charges are all about and what the allegations are all about,�? Mueller said.

The evil MySpace was involved:

Investigators said Miller also had chats of a sexual nature with the teen on Myspace.com and Yahoo Instant Messenger.

Miller’s out on bail, but she’ll be back in court on July 5. I’m sure we’ll revisit her case then.
